1. Payment: 50% advance payment required for booking confirmation.40% on event and 10% after delivered.

2. Cancellation: 72 hours prior notice required for cancellation, else 25% cancellation fee applicable.

3. Copyright: All images remain copyright of Bm photography studio.

4. Usage: Client has non-exclusive rights to use images for personal purposes only.

5. Delivery: Edited images will be delivered within 4-6 weeks after event.

6. Refund: No refund for services already rendered.

7. Liability: Bm photography studio not liable for any injuries or damages during shoot.

8. Model Release: Client grants permission for Bm photography studio to use images for promotional purposes.

9. Travel Fees: Additional fees apply for travel beyond 30 km radius.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions governed by Odisha/India by laws.
